Joss Sticks - Ranka with Sandalwood

Today I brought some new incense, Joss- Sticks, Ranka (Orchid) with sandalwood from Kyoto Japan. These incense are from Shoyeido Incense Company, an incense maker company in Japan. The incense came in a beautiful paper box, which I totally love :). The box is approx 15.5 x 8.5 cm

 When you open the box up, the incense hides underneath a piece of paper. There are around 400 incense sticks in the box.

I tried one of the incense Joss - Sticks when I home. I opened up the box and immediately could smell the scandalwood mixed with the beautiful Orchid (Ranka) scent.

Each incense is around 13.5 cm long and its quite thin. I thought its very nice how the colour of the incense matches the colour on the box. The incense took only around 15-30 minutes to burn and the scent is not very strong.

Prints and Patterns

I have started to love pretty prints and pattern, such as on paper and on fabric, the photos are of the pretty papers i have collected so far.

Above photos are cute apple gift wrap paper by Kikki, a swedish stationery company. Its such a simple design but its so cute.

I also recently brought this book Print and Pattern by Bowie Style. Its based on everyday designers and their designs and creations. This book has lots of pretty pictures of designs on fabric, paper, stationery etc... and it has website addresses so you can buy the designers products, which I thought its a nice idea. This is such a nice book, its a must buy for people who like cute little designs like me. Harajuku Lovers

Hi everyone! I wanted to take the opportunity to start a blog because its a new year! I want share some of the things I brought during the Boxing day sales, i found heaps of bargains, which I love love love!

I got two new fragrances from Priceline, which was on sale! First is the Harajuku Lovers: Baby (pictured on the right), and the second one i got was Harajuku Lovers: Love (as pictured on the left). It was 60% off the original price, the only downside to this was, the sale only applied for 10mL bottles, but I still got them coz I totally love the bottles.

The Love has a musky foral fragrance, I really like the bottle, its my favourite out of the three



The Baby gives a more soapy, after shower fragrance. I also own the Harajuku Lovers: Music in 30mL, which has a sweet floral fragrance. At the moment, my personal favourite out of the three would be the Baby, it just smells so good!
